- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
- Starch film - 1.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Raisins - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Mix the flour and baking soda. Add the other dry ingredients and stir.
Step 2
Add the kefir and mix thoroughly with a whisk (do not beat). Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the mold (the batter should fill half of the mold, as the cake rises well).
Step 4
Bake for thirty to forty minutes (check readiness with a toothpick: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready).
