- Wheat Flour - 31.7 oz
- Salt - 0.9 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Squid Ink Pasta - 0.7 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 8.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Capers - 0.7 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 0.4 oz
- Arugula - 1.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Melted Cheese - 0.5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. To do this, mix flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, water, and squid ink. Form into 4 balls and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 48 hours.
Step 2
Make the sauce: combine canned tuna, mayonnaise, and capers. Blend everything together until smooth.
Step 3
Bake the dough separately at 300 degrees for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Once it's cooked, cut it in half, spread sauce on it, stuff it with onions, tomatoes, and olive oil, cover it with the other half, and decorate the top with mozzarella and an olive (for eyes) and cheddar (for the nose).
