- Blackcurrant liqueur - 35.3 oz
- Sugar - 52.9 oz
- Oranges - 2 pieces

Sort the blackcurrants. Wash the oranges thoroughly, cut them into wedges, and remove the seeds. Pass the blackcurrants and oranges with the peel through a meat grinder. Add sugar. Mix everything well until the sugar dissolves.

Next, you can proceed in two ways:

1. Distribute into sterilized jars, close with lids, and store in the refrigerator. TIP: For better storage, cut a circle of paper slightly larger than the jar's opening, moisten it with vodka, and place it tightly on the surface of the jam, then immediately close the jar with a plastic lid. No mold will threaten our preparation! If you want to do the same with hot jam, let the jam cool before placing the alcohol-soaked paper and closing the jar with the lid.

2. If there is not enough space in the refrigerator, you can heat the jam almost to boiling, immediately remove it from the heat, distribute it into sterilized jars, and seal.
