  • Wheat Flour - 11.3 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Brown Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • White Chocolate - 14.1 oz
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder - 1½ spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter and dust it with flour. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt, and set aside.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs together with the vanilla extract and sugar until smooth, then fold in the melted butter and add the flour mixture.

Step 3

Fold the chopped white chocolate into the batter and pour it into the prepared baking pan. Bake for about twenty minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.

Step 4

Allow the finished cookies to cool and cut them into squares of any size.
