Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Melted Cheese - 5.6 oz
- Brown Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Large eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.5 oz
- White Chocolate - 2.5 oz
- Walnuts - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the peeled walnuts and chocolate into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Take the flour and sift it with salt and baking powder. Set aside for now.
Step 3
Lightly beat the softened butter with vanilla sugar and brown sugar.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into a bowl with the butter and mix well.
Step 5
Add the sifted flour mixture and knead the dough.
Step 6
Add the walnuts and chocolate, and mix again.
Step 7
Take a rectangular, deep baking pan, grease it with vegetable oil, and line it with parchment paper. Place the dough in the prepared pan and smooth it out (the paper will help us easily remove our cake by pulling on the edges).
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 356°F and place the pan inside, baking for 27 minutes (the surface of the cake should shine and crack).
Step 9
Remove from the oven, let cool for 20 minutes, then take the cake out of the still-warm pan along with the parchment. Allow to cool completely and cut into squares.
