Bloody Mary Popsicle
Ingredients
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 17 fl oz
- Vodka - 2 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Pickles - 0 fl oz
- TABASCO® - 0 fl oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 10 pieces
- Chili Flakes - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Step 3
Cut the celery stalks into sticks a few centimeters longer than the depth of the ice cream molds.
Step 4
In a large pitcher, combine tomato juice and vodka.
Step 5
Add Worcestershire sauce, cucumber pickle juice, Tabasco, and lime juice.
Step 6
Pour the cocktail into ice cream molds and place them in the freezer for 1.5 hours.
Step 7
Place the celery stalks in the molds and put them in the freezer until completely frozen.
Step 8
To remove the ice cream from the molds, hold them briefly under a stream of hot water.
Step 9
Sprinkle the ice cream with salt flakes.
Step 10
Serve the ice cream to adult food enthusiasts at the summer party.
