  • Whole egg - 3 pieces
  • Egg white - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Canned Peaches - 16.6 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Vanilla salt - to taste
  • Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
  • Vanilla cream for cake - to taste
  • Wafer cakes - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

To prepare the dough, beat the egg whites until frothy. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy using a mixer. In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Then gently combine everything with the vegetable oil and milk into the yolk foam. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.

Step 2

Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray, place it in a preheated oven, and bake (electric oven - 356°F; convection oven - 320°F; gas oven - medium heat; baking time - about 25 minutes).

Step 3

Allow the baked layer to cool on a wire rack.

Step 4

For the filling, drain the apricots well in a sieve. Prepare the cream with milk, sugar, and butter according to the instructions on the package. Spread the prepared cream over the cooled layer, then arrange the apricots on top or decorate with wafer flowers.
