- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Frozen Raspberries - 2 lbs
- Buckwheat Groats - 3 spoons
- Pistachios - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Gelatin - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the blueberries into a puree. Whip the cream with sugar and mix it with the blueberry puree. Soak the gelatin in water, squeeze out the excess water, and combine the gelatin with the cream and blueberries.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with honey. Place a layer of cottage cheese at the bottom of each of the six molds and pour over the mixture of cream and blueberries. Refrigerate until the mixture thickens. When serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
