Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 15.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 spoons
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - ¾ spoons
  • Sugar - 6.3 oz
  • Butter - 2.8 oz
  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Blackberry - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place 18 paper muffin cups into two or three muffin baking trays.

Step 2

Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together and then add the sugar. Using a fork, work in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.

Step 3

Using a fork, whisk together the milk and egg in a mug. Gently pour this mixture into the flour mixture, then whisk and fold in the blueberries with a rubber spatula.

Step 4

Fill the paper muffin cups two-thirds full with batter. Bake the muffins in the center of the oven for 25 minutes, or until they rise and turn golden brown. Leave them in the paper liners for a few minutes, then remove the liners and transfer the muffins to a wire rack. Serve either warm or right after baking.
