- Sugar - 1 cup
- Frozen Raspberries - 12 oz
- Corn Starch - 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 4.9 oz
- Chopped almonds - 8.5 oz
- Crackers - 6.7 oz
- Butter - 4.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, crushed almonds, and crushed crackers. Add the finely chopped cold butter and gently mix with your hands until the mixture resembles crumbs. Chill.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the frozen berries, remaining sugar, cornstarch, and 0.5 cup of nut crumbs.
Step 4
Divide the mixture among 4 pudding dishes and sprinkle the remaining nut crumbs on top. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until a golden crust forms. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
