- Frozen Raspberries - 15.9 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1⅓ cups
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground clove - 3 pieces
- Brandy - 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the berries and place them in a blender. Add the wine and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and add the cloves, bay leaves, and allspice. Bring to a boil, stirring, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Strain into a small bowl and add brandy and sugar to taste.
