- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries - 10.6 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix butter (60 g), honey, flour, sugar (2 tablespoons) and knead the dough. Evenly distribute in the baking dish, prick with a fork, and bake at 392°F.
Step 2
Make the cottage cheese filling: mix cottage cheese, sugar (2 tablespoons), vanilla, milk, and butter (3 tablespoons). Spread over the dough. Top with blueberries.
Step 3
Mix the remaining sugar and butter to make a crumble, sprinkle over the blueberries. Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
