- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 16.9 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Fresh Berries - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix kefir and eggs well, add baking soda, salt, and flour (3–4 cups), knead a stiff dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cut off a piece of dough, shape it into a sausage about 2 cm in diameter, and cut the sausage into pieces about 1–1.5 cm thick. Dust each piece with flour on both sides and roll it into a circle.
Step 3
Place half a teaspoon of blueberries mixed with sugar in the center of each circle, and carefully pinch the edges together.
Step 4
Boil the dumplings in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes after boiling. Before serving, you can sprinkle with sugar, sour cream, or cream, or drizzle with melted butter if desired.
