- Frozen Raspberries - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour half a liter of water into a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in it, and place the saucepan on the heat.
Step 2
Add cinnamon and frozen blueberries. Cook the berries for about five to seven minutes, then blend the contents of the saucepan in a blender and strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Mix the result with the juice squeezed from the lemon and lemon zest, as well as with cornstarch that has been previously dissolved in a small amount of water.
Step 4
Return the nearly finished jelly to the heat and cook for another two to three minutes until it thickens.
Step 5
Pour the blueberry jelly into cups, drizzle with low-fat cream, and serve.
