Ingredients
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Berries - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Leave the butter at room temperature until softened.
Step 2
Beat 170 grams of butter with sugar using a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3
Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
Step 4
Grate the lemon zest finely and add it to the mixture.
Step 5
Add the baking powder to the flour. Sift 1/3 of the flour into the batter.
Step 6
Then add a third of the sour cream and mix.
Step 7
Lightly salt the mixture.
Step 8
Add the remaining flour and sour cream and knead until a homogeneous dough forms.
Step 9
Grease the baking molds with the remaining butter.
Step 10
Fill the molds with the batter only halfway, decorating randomly with blueberries. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the finished blueberry muffins from the oven and let them cool in the molds for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Then remove the muffins from the molds and let them cool completely. Enjoy your meal!
