- Blackberry - 6.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 410°F. Grease 12 muffin cups with butter.
Step 2
Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Mix with the sugar.
Step 3
Mix in the softened butter, lightly beaten eggs, and milk. Stir everything well, but do not use a mixer.
Step 4
Add the blueberries and gently fold them in. Spoon the batter into the molds and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool in the molds.
