Description
I improvised this recipe while cooking. I based it on what I had in the fridge. I explained step by step how I made it. It turned out very quick and delicious.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Potato protein - 1 teaspoon
- Frozen Raspberries - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, turn on the oven and preheat it to 392°F while we prepare the pie. This will take about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Grate the frozen butter. Add half a cup of sugar. Mix it (I used a fork to mix).
Step 3
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the butter and sugar mixture, and mix well. Set the whites aside for the filling.
Step 4
Add about a cup of flour to the butter mixture. Continue mixing with a fork until crumbly.
Step 5
Add 2–3 tablespoons of sour cream to the crumbs. Knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator and start preparing the filling.
Step 6
Whip the 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the remaining half cup of sugar, continuing to whip until the sugar dissolves. Add about 100 grams of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of flour, and 1 teaspoon of starch. Whip again.
Step 7
Do not thaw the blueberries; just coat them in flour and add them to the egg and sour cream mixture. Mix well.
Step 8
Take out the dough and roll it out to a thickness of 5–7 mm. Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Place the dough in the dish, forming a rim about 1.5–2 cm high. Add the filling.
Step 9
Bake at 356°F for 30 minutes. Serve slightly warm or cooled.
