- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Blueberries - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with water (at room temperature), adding salt and sugar to taste (just a little). Knead the dough, roll it out, and divide it into two parts (one small and one large), then place the larger part of the dough into a baking dish (previously greased with butter) — spread it along the sides of the dish.
Step 2
Wash the blueberries and let them dry. Then place them in the dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 3
From the second part of the dough, create a lattice and place it on top of the pie. Brush the top parts of the pie with egg.
Step 4
Put the pie in the oven at 180-392°F and bake for 10-15 minutes until done.
