- Kefir - 4 fl oz
- Vanilla Protein Powder - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar Substitute - 6 pieces

Step 1
Beat the eggs with cinnamon, oats, and the sugar substitute dissolved in water.
Step 2
Add blueberries, protein powder, and the cottage cheese mixed with kefir to the mixture, and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into molds and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 392°F.
