Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Frozen Raspberries - 15.9 oz
- Cahors - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or container. Freeze until solid, stirring every 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients and let sit for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the blueberries thaw (or cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight).
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until the berries are still visible.
