- Light Raisins, Seedless - 0.9 oz
- Milk - 24 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the millet, rinse it, and place it in a pot.
Step 2
Add the rinsed raisins, pour in hot milk, add sugar, salt, and mix.
Step 3
Cover the pot with a lid and place it in a preheated oven.
Step 4
After 10–15 minutes, add melted butter and beaten egg, mix, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the finished porridge at the table in the pot.
