Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 12.3 oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Whole egg - 6 pieces
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour (in Brazil, coconut flakes are often used - you can use them) with the sweetened condensed milk, add the egg yolks and lime juice, and mix well again. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, grease disposable molds with butter and dust them with sugar.

Step 3

Distribute the mixture into the molds, filling them 2/3 full, and place them in a larger baking dish, adding some water (up to 2/3 of the molds) so that the dessert cooks in a water bath. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 356°F.

Step 4

Allow the dessert to cool; you can place it in the refrigerator for better soaking.
