Description
When kneading the dough, don't forget to add 50 ml of vegetable or olive oil.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Feta cheese - 2.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar, flour, and knead the dough. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, leave it in a bowl, cover it, and place it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. You can use any minced meat you like. I used chicken fillet + additional salt and pepper to taste. Chop the onion finely/coarsely (to your liking) and add it to the minced meat, along with grated hard cheese, feta, and finely chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together. You can fry the filling if desired, but then it won't be juicy.
Step 3
Divide the finished dough into parts and roll it out. Cut out squares of 10x10 cm. I used a ruler. Cooking is a whole geometry.
Step 4
Place a tablespoon of filling on each square. Fold it into a triangle. Wrap it like a dumpling.
Step 5
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the bread with olive oil on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the finished bread.
