Description

- Raisins - 5 oz
- Milk - 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Butter - 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread.
Step 3
Cut each piece into two triangles.
Step 4
Fill the greased pan with them.
Step 5
Sprinkle the bread with raisins and ground cinnamon.

Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, heat gently without bringing it to a boil.

Gently whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture thickens slightly and takes on a creamy hue.

Add a little ground nutmeg and pour the mixture over the bread and raisins. Let the future pudding sit for a few minutes.

Then place in the oven preheated to 345°F for half an hour.
