Description
A bread maker with a rye bread baking mode lasting 3.5 hours was used for baking the bread. In theory, more drops can be used for a pronounced flavor of the oil, not necessarily coriander.
Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 15.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Rice Malt - 4 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Buckwheat Groats - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander essential oil - 0 fl oz
- Water - 12 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the dry ingredients into the bread maker: wheat flour, rye flour, and salt.
Step 2
Pour the malt into a deep bowl, add boiling water, stir quickly, cover with a lid, and let steep for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the liquid honey to the flour mixture.
Step 4
Add the sunflower oil.
Step 5
Add 5 drops of coriander essential oil.
Step 6
Add the steeped malt and water. The water should be added gradually, starting with 330 ml, and then another 30 ml during the dough mixing.
Step 7
Sprinkle the yeast into the special yeast dispenser in the bread maker or directly into the bread maker bowl.
Step 8
Press start and let it bake. Once the cooking signal sounds, immediately remove the bread, cover it with a towel, and let it cool.
