  • Ciabatta - 17.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 2

Mix the ciabatta mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the dough.

Step 3

Once the dough has risen to double its size, punch it down.

Step 4

Dust your hands with flour and divide the dough into thin strips.

Step 5

Place on oiled parchment paper and let it rest in a warm place for 10 minutes until slightly risen.

Step 6

Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top and gently press it into the dough.

Step 7

Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
