- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 2.5 oz
- Herbs - 0.4 oz
- Melted Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Tortillas - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon

Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop the onion and herbs. Cut the tomato into wedges, remove the core with the seeds, and dice the flesh of the tomato into small cubes.

Mix the vegetables and herbs, adding a bit of paprika.

Grate the mozzarella and cheddar cheese using a coarse grater.

Season the egg with salt and beat it with a fork.
