Ingredients
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Raisins - to taste
- Starch - ½ tablespoon
- Butter - to taste
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Egg - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour starch into boiling milk, previously diluted in part of the milk, bring to a boil, add raisins, sugar, and butter. Cool the mixture, add eggs and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Remove the core from the apples (without peeling), fill the hole with the sweet mixture. Then add a small amount of water and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
