Ingredients

  • Whole egg - 6 pieces
  • Milk - 2 spoons
  • Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Butter - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Beat the butter with sugar at low speed.

Gradually add 5 egg yolks and continue to whisk.

Step 3

Sift the flour into the egg yolk mixture.

Step 4

Knead the dough.

Immediately pinch off a piece of dough and roll it out. Shape the cookies into any desired form.

Mix the remaining egg yolk with milk and brush the mixture over the surface of all the cookies. Apply it as thickly as possible. Use a toothpick to draw any patterns over this glaze.

Step 7

Place the molds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10–15 minutes in the oven at 356°F.
