Gradually add one yolk at a time (5 pieces), continuing to beat.
Step 3
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 4
Roll out to 0.5 cm thick and cut out shapes.
Step 5
Mix 1 yolk and milk, brush the cookies on top. Use a toothpick to draw patterns.
Step 6
Bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
