Description
This simple and quick pie is made from unleavened puff pastry, which can be made at home or purchased. The pastry can vary; if you prefer yeast or non-puff pastry, feel free to use it. The way of cutting the broccoli is very convenient, preventing crumbs from the florets on your work surface. You can use any sesame seeds for sprinkling, as well as cumin or caraway seeds, or skip them altogether—it's all up to you. If you don't have garlic stems or leaves, young garlic or green onions will work just fine. This pie can be served as a main dish or as an appetizer. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 2 lbs
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Spinach - 3 bunches
- Cream - 1 can
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Wild Garlic Greens - 6 pieces
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Salt the water and bring it to a boil.
Step 3
Turn the head of broccoli upside down in a bowl with the florets facing down.
Step 4
Use a knife to cut the florets into the bowl.
Step 5
Break them into smaller pieces.
Step 6
Boil the broccoli florets until half-cooked.
Step 7
Cut the spinach into medium-sized strips.
Step 8
Sauté the chopped spinach in vegetable oil, adding salt.

Transfer the cooked spinach to a bowl.

Chop the garlic stems (leaves).

Add the chopped garlic to the spinach.
