  • 30% Cream - 3 fl oz
  • Chicken Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dried Oregano - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the broccoli in salted water. Drain, let cool, and chop finely.

Step 2

Crush the garlic using a garlic press. In a bowl, mix the broccoli, garlic, oregano, eggs, cream, flour, salt, and pepper, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and spoon the batter to make pancakes. Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
