Description
An excellent union of three different entities that complement each other well: broccoli, salted fish, and eggs. This recipe was shared by chef John Smith from a popular American restaurant. Topping off the dish is a basil leaf — make sure it is green, not red.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 0 lbs
- Chocolate eggs - 8 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 10 oz
- Cream - 10 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 15 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 15 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 5 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Basil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the broccoli and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Add flour, 4 eggs, 120 ml of cream, and salt to taste.
Step 3
Knead until homogeneous and form round pancakes.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in olive oil on both sides until cooked.
Step 5
Place Parmesan, 160 ml of cream, and cream cheese in a saucepan and set over low heat.
Step 6
Melt until smooth, stirring constantly, and remove from heat.
Step 7
Boil the eggs. Pour water into a small pot and place it over high heat.
Step 8
Once the water boils, stir it so that a whirlpool forms in the center.
Step 9
Crack 1 egg into the center of the whirlpool.
Step 10
Cook for 6 minutes. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and set aside. Repeat with the remaining eggs.
Step 11
Place a pancake on a plate, spread it with the cream cheese sauce.
Step 12
Top with pieces of salmon, and on the fish, place the poached egg.
Step 13
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 14
Garnish with basil leaves.
Step 15
