Ingredients

  • Canned Red Beans - 2 fl oz
  • Broccoli - 16 fl oz
  • Salt - 0 fl oz
  • Dry yeast - 0 fl oz
  • Flax seeds - 0 fl oz
  • Cashews - 4 fl oz
  • Almond Milk - 2 fl oz
  • Ground Dried Garlic - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Dried Onion - 2 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak 5 ml of flax seeds in 15 ml of water.

Step 2

Drain the beans and rinse them.

Step 3

Blend the beans, broccoli, salt, nutritional yeast, and flax seeds in a blender.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 356°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 5

Form patties from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes on each side.

Step 6

While the patties are cooking, make the sauce by blending cashews, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a blender.

Step 7

Remove the patties from the oven and serve with the sauce.
