Ingredients
- Canned Red Beans - 2 fl oz
- Broccoli - 16 fl oz
- Salt - 0 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0 fl oz
- Flax seeds - 0 fl oz
- Cashews - 4 fl oz
- Almond Milk - 2 fl oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - 0 fl oz
- Ground Dried Onion - 2 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak 5 ml of flax seeds in 15 ml of water.
Step 2
Drain the beans and rinse them.
Step 3
Blend the beans, broccoli, salt, nutritional yeast, and flax seeds in a blender.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Form patties from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes on each side.
Step 6
While the patties are cooking, make the sauce by blending cashews, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a blender.
Step 7
