Ingredients
- Brown Sugar - 2 cups
- Wheat Flour - 2.6 cups
- Ground Cinnamon - ¾ teaspoon
- Butter - 5.6 oz
- Macadamia Nuts - ½ cup
- Ground Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 0.6 cups of brown sugar, 0.6 cups of flour, and cinnamon. Add 6 tablespoons of softened butter and mix well with a fork. Then knead with your hands and add the nuts.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a round metal baking pan with butter. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar with a mixer, add vanilla and beat again. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, then slowly incorporate the flour and yogurt. Mix well.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the nut mixture.

Bake the pie until golden brown and cooked through, about 45 minutes. Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, cut into segments, and serve warm.
