Ingredients
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan with the butter. Heat over low heat until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Let it cool slightly. It's best to do this using a double boiler.
Step 2
Beat 1 egg with 50 g of sugar, then add melted chocolate and sifted flour. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and dust it with cocoa powder. Pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and eggs. Spread the resulting mixture over the chocolate base and return it to the oven for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool in the oven. Then transfer to the refrigerator for 3 hours. Before serving, cut into squares.
