Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 17.6 oz
  • Butter - 12.3 oz
  • Walnuts - 17.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the walnuts into 4 pieces.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, crack 5 eggs, add a packet of vanilla sugar and 300 grams of brown sugar. Whisk at medium speed until frothy. Then transfer to a large bowl.

Step 3

Melt the bittersweet chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, add 350 grams of butter and mix well. Add to the whipped eggs. Mix until smooth. Add the walnuts. Stir everything again. Then fold in the flour.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into it. Smooth the top and place in an oven preheated to 356°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
