Description
If I were asked what my favorite dessert is, I would answer without hesitation — brownies. Such chocolatey, fragrant, moist brownies (not dry inside) have captured my heart. This time I decided to add a ripe banana to my favorite treat.
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs and sugar together.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture. Stir well.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix again.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Slice the banana into thin rounds and submerge them in chocolate.
Step 6
Bake for 30–35 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Cool down. Cut into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
