Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.7 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.3 oz
- Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Ocean salt - a pinch
- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.7 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Take the cream cheese and butter out of the refrigerator in advance so they have time to come to room temperature.
Step 2
Place the cream cheese, one egg, 60 grams of sugar, half of the vanilla sugar, and 20 grams of flour into the mixing bowl.
Step 3
Whip with a paddle attachment until fluffy cream forms, then refrigerate.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the sifted flour and cocoa powder, 120 grams of sugar, and salt; mix well.
Step 5
In a separate large bowl, place the butter and chocolate and melt them in the microwave. Start by microwaving for thirty seconds, then stir the mixture, and return it to the microwave for another thirty seconds. The mixture should become smooth and fluid, which will take about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the remaining vanilla sugar to the chocolate mixture, incorporate the eggs, and knead the dough well.

Then add the dry ingredients and mix well.

Spread a layer of chocolate dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Spread a layer of whipped cream cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.

Allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack.
