Ingredients
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 4.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.5 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 5.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Plombir - to taste
- Strawberry - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the butter and chocolate (either chips or chopped bar) and melt in the microwave. Start by microwaving for thirty seconds, then stir the mixture, and return it to the microwave for another thirty seconds. The mixture should become smooth and fluid, which will take about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth mixture.

Chop the cookies into large pieces.

Fold the cookie pieces into the mixture.

Spread the chocolate mixture onto a parchment-lined and greased baking tray and smooth it out.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 30–35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
