Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces

  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Marinated cherries - to taste
  • Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt two bars of dark chocolate with the butter.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar using a whisk or mixer.

Step 3

Combine the cooled chocolate mixture with the eggs and mix well.

Step 4

Add the flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Distribute the thick chocolate mixture into molds.

Step 6

Add pitted cherries.

Step 7

Bake at 356°F for 20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
