  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 2.5 oz
  • Butter - 3.7 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 7.8 oz
  • Vanilla extract - 2 spoons
  • Egg Liqueur - 4 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 2.6 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ¼ spoons
  • Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Melt the chocolate and 60 grams of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Then let it cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs, then add the chocolate mixture while continuing to whisk. Next, add the sugar, 80 ml of liqueur, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well.

Sift the flour, 50 grams of cocoa powder, and baking soda through a sieve, then add them to the mixing bowl along with a pinch of salt, and mix everything until you achieve a smooth batter.

Place the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for 20 minutes.

Remove the finished brownies from the oven and let them cool for about 20 minutes. During this time, prepare the glaze: blend 45 grams of melted butter, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar, 25 grams of cocoa powder, and 45 ml of liqueur until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.

Evenly coat the brownies with the glaze and sprinkle with coarse salt. Allow to cool completely, then cut into portion-sized squares.
