Brownies with Marshmallows

Ingredients

  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 2.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder - 5 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Walnuts - 2.5 oz
  • Raw cane sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Marshmallow - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 6.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate together with the butter over low heat, then add the sugar and vanilla extract, and remove from heat. Let cool for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

Add the eggs and mix well.

Step 3

Sift the flour and cocoa powder, then add the chopped walnuts and finely chopped marshmallows. Mix everything well.

Step 4

Grease a baking pan (25–27 cm in diameter) with butter and pour in the prepared mixture. Bake for 20–25 minutes in a preheated oven at 374°F.

Step 5

For decoration, I use a glaze (melted chocolate 100 g + cream 50 ml) and berries.
