Brownies with Marshmallows
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Marshmallow - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Step 3
Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the eggs, then add the flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Bake at 356°F for 20 minutes. Then remove the brownies from the oven, cut into pieces, place a few marshmallows on each piece, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
The finished brownies can be decorated with melted chocolate or topping.
