Brownies with Raspberries
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate - 12.3 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 10.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a springform pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cut the soft butter and chocolate into cubes, place them in a saucepan, and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs. While whisking, add the brown sugar and continue to whisk until the mixture is thick and homogeneous. Fold in the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Combine the dry ingredients and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture. Pour a little more than half of the batter into the pan. Distribute the raspberries on top. Then pour the remaining batter over it.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 338°F for about 40–45 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden stick.
Step 6
Allow the finished cake to cool completely. It should remain moist in the center. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
