Ingredients
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 4.4 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ingredients: zucchini - cut into small pieces to measure 2 cups; unsweetened cocoa powder; vegetable or melted butter; yogurt - plain, without additives or fillers; whole wheat flour; granulated sugar; vanilla sugar; baking powder; salt.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the zucchini, yogurt, butter, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Add the remaining dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix them together.
Step 4
Add the zucchini mixture to the dry ingredients and mix everything well.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes in an oven preheated to 347°F. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
