- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In hot or cold crumbly buckwheat porridge, add the cottage cheese passed through a sieve or ground through a meat grinder, sour cream, eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well, spread it on a baking sheet or skillet previously greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, level it out, spread sour cream on top, and place it in a hot oven for 30–40 minutes.
Step 2
Before serving, drizzle the casserole with melted butter. If desired, the butter can be replaced with sour cream.
