- Salt - a pinch
- Dark Brown Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Clarified Butter - 2.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dark Chocolate - 2.5 oz

In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar with cinnamon.

Incorporate the cooled melted butter into the dry mixture. Then add the room temperature egg, chopped chocolate, and quickly knead into a pliable dough.

Preheat the oven to 356°F. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.7-1 cm and cut out cookies in the desired shape.
