- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 6.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the butter, sugar, wheat flour, and buckwheat flour thoroughly.
Step 2
Then add the eggs, honey, baking soda, and vanillin. Knead the dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more wheat flour (the dough should not be too firm).
Step 3
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
