Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 5.3 oz
- Coconut Milk - 12 fl oz
- Hazelnut - 2.5 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the hazelnuts into large pieces with a knife.
Step 2
Pour sugar into a skillet and heat until it melts and turns light brown.
Step 3
Add the hazelnuts to the sugar, mix, and spread the mixture onto a silicone mat or parchment paper greased with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Break the cooled mixture into pieces.
Step 5
Pour coconut milk into a pot, add cinnamon and ginger. Season with salt.
Step 6
In a serving bowl, place the pre-cooked buckwheat and pour hot milk through a sieve.
Step 7
When serving, add the caramelized nuts to the bowl.
